Under this head we initiated a “Environment Prashala, Ramnagar, Sangli.
Awareness” programme. In the year 2019 Lodge Sahyadri No. 351 has
participated in various social service activities.
We started a “plantation-spree” on 25th July
2019 by planting about 10 tree-plants. This
number will ultimately cross 100. The
plantation was done in the premises of Mata
Gujri Women’s College, New Campus, Nagpur
Road, Jabalpur. It rained heavily on the date on
which we commenced the plantation but still
brethren were present and in addition to
plantation also enjoyed the heavy rain-shower.
•A meeting with Non-Masons was held on 25th
Aug 2019 in which worthy candidates from
different sections of society were invited. Talks
and presentations were given by V.W.Bro.
Chetan, Jaiswal,V.W.Bro. I. S. Ruprah,W.Bro.
U. K. Sharma, W.Bro. Himmat Singh Saini
• Charity, Self-improvement and discipline
were the main topics covered. Details of
eminent masons and landmark charity projects
were quoted. The talks and presentations
certainly casted a good image of Freemasonry
among the audience. Two invites joined and
were initiated in subsequent meeting.
